A nuanced and full-flavored olive oil in the classic Tuscan style. We handpick our estate olives and only bottle a small amount of olio nuovo each year — this is a very special bottle.

Olive Oil Production Details

Fruity is made from organic Arbosana and Arbequina olives and Verdi is made from a blend of organic Koroneiki and Arbequina olives. The olives are sustainably grown in California and cold-pressed within 48 hours of harvest. Estate Tuscan is made from a blend of Frantoio, Maurino, Leccino, and Pendolino olives, sustainable grown in the Like Family Orchards in Carmel Valley, California and cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest.
